Federal Member for Berowra Philip Ruddock will again be pulling on his gloves and joining neighbours and locals on Clean Up Australia Day at Pennant Hills Park this Sunday.

 

This year, 2010, is the 20^th anniversary of Clean Up Australia Day.

 

‘I have been involved for many years and I would encourage everyone to take an active role.’

 

‘With local sites registered all around the nation, there will no doubt be somewhere nearby where your help can make a difference.’

 

Last year’s Clean Up Australia Day saw 2 million pieces of rubbish cleared. Organisers are hoping for a massive turnout of volunteers to surpass this target.
