LOCAL SUCCESSFUL AGED CARE APPROVALS ROUND AT PENNANT HILLS
The Member for Berowra, Philip Ruddock MP, today welcomed the announcement of four (4) beds under the latest Aged Care Approval Round for Ballina Nursing Home at Pennant Hills.
“This announcement will offer two high care and two low care residential care places that will be appreciated by Ballina Nursing Home,” Mr Ruddock said.
“These four residential care places are estimated to cost $122,728 and will provide relief in the local area.
This Aged Care Approvals Round is a major component of the annual Aged Care Approvals Program where the Federal Department of Health and Ageing distributees these places across aged care planning regions in each State and Territory.
“Low care is classified at a level between 5-8 and a high care is classified at a level between 1-4 and will offer some support locally,” Philip Ruddock said.
